• Issuance of Business Premises Licence and Property Assessment and Enforcement

1. Provide strong commitment to continuous improvement and Excellent Work Culture to ensure development and quality service.
    
2. Committed to comply with requirements of MS ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System through continuous quality improvement.
    
3. Achievement of this quality policy is measured by reviewing quality objective through Management Review Meeting to ensure continuous appropriateness..
    
4. Prioritise customers' needs and satisfactions in Quality Management System in accordance with the implementation of established policies and regulations.
